Adams Industries, Inc. builds and provides technical equipment for professional and mission-critical applications. As such, our return policy is designed to maintain the integrity of the gear we provide.

Return Authorization

No returns will be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, please submit a formal inquiry via our Contact Page. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

15% Restocking Fee

All returns for credit or refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers the technical inspection, recalibration, and administrative costs associated with returning highly specialized electro-optics to inventory. This fee applies to all "change of mind" or "non-fitment" returns.

Condition of Merchandise

Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all serialized components, manuals, and accessories intact. Any evidence of use, mounting, or tampering with internal components will void the return eligibility. We do not offer "trial periods" for night vision or thermal equipment.

Warranty & Defective Items

If an item is received in a defective state, Adams Industries, Inc. will repair or replace the item under the manufacturer's warranty guidelines. Our technical team will evaluate all warranty claims to determine the cause of failure. Damage caused by improper use, battery leakage, or unauthorized modification is not covered.

Export Control Warning

The return of ITAR or EAR controlled equipment must be conducted in full compliance with U.S. Export laws. Unauthorized transfer of these items to non-U.S. persons during the return process is a criminal offense.
